How to Reset My Password

      Follow these steps to reset your password:

        1. Go to: https://selfcarepr.optivon.com

        2. Log into the CommPortal using your optivon's number and password.  

        3. Go to Security and click on change password.

       4. To change your password, enter your current password and the new password.
