How to Set Up a Custom Announcement

1. Go to: https://selfcarepr.optivon.com/

2. Log into the Admin CommPortal using your optivon number and password.  

3. Go to Settings and click on Messages

4. Go to Voicemail Greeting 

5. The recording or Greeting appears as Extended Absence *. Click edit to change it.



 You must have a computer headset with microphone to record.

 Press red button to record message, you will hear what is recorded in the blue arrow, at the end click on save to save the recorded message.
